Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. UAE orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days, while Pakistan orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas. Customers choosing COD are requested to keep the correct amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Where online payments are available, payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Norahy does not store complete card or sensitive banking details on its own servers.

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order may need to be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos or video of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue properly.

11. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Change of mind returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Delivery, handling, and return shipping charges may not be refundable.

12. Which products cannot be returned?

Used, opened, or hygiene-sensitive personal care items may not be eligible for return. Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, accidental breakage, or customer negligence are also not eligible for return.

13. How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected. The final time may depend on the payment method, bank, wallet, or payment provider.
