Norahy aims to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, how long delivery usually takes, what charges may apply, and what customers should keep in mind when placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the UAE and selected locations in Pakistan. Delivery availability may depend on the product, courier service coverage, city, area, and operational limitations. If an area is not serviceable, our team may contact the customer to discuss possible alternatives.

2. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you may receive confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call. For Cash on Delivery orders, confirmation may be required before dispatch. If the customer is unreachable or the order details cannot be verified, dispatch may be delayed or cancelled.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Processing includes order verification, product checking, packing, and handover to the courier partner. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, sale campaigns, or high-volume periods may take longer to process.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

For UAE orders, delivery is usually completed within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. For Pakistan orders, delivery is usually completed within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier performance, public holidays, weather, traffic conditions, and other factors outside our control.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Norahy may offer free delivery during promotions, on selected products, or above certain order values. Free delivery offers may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas. Customers choosing Cash on Delivery are requested to keep the correct amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the order. Repeated refusal, non-availability, or failed delivery attempts may affect future Cash on Delivery eligibility.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery according to their own operational policy. If the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, provides an incorrect address, or refuses delivery, the parcel may be delayed, returned to sender, or cancelled.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including phone number, house/building details, street, area, city, and any special delivery instructions. Norahy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details, incomplete addresses, or unavailable recipients.

9. Delivery Delays

Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, customs checks, road closures, high order volume, courier limitations, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate customer patience in such cases.

10. Order Tracking

Tracking details may be shared once the order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the courier partner and destination. If tracking information is delayed or not updated, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

11. Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear photos before opening the parcel and contact us immediately. This helps us raise the issue with the courier partner and review the matter properly.
